@dimiyaj Yo.. Ive stoped taking jack3d as you need to cycle of it anyway for 4week so im just using maximuscle promax protien shake before and after work out and its doing ok, not as good as jack3d with the energy and stuff but its stoped the spots i was getin with it so happy with that. keep hammering the gym bro. Take care.
@DjBryanStirling Okay, so i finally went back into the gym today from my wrist injury. I took a full scoop of assault. It kicked in pretty quickly, but it slowly wore out within 40 mins of lifting. It’s just not hitting me as hard as jack3d did. However i must say, assault helped me with completing more reps. On the contrary, Jack3d helped me put up heavier weights. So it balances out. Assault gave me a minor headache after, but it went away after i ate a few slices of chicken haha!
Today i took jack3d for the first time and got itchy hands and an itchy face but know real burst of energy. I took one scoop and it was 3.5 hours after i ate a meal. Should i take more or what should i do differently to get more energy?

@ArsnicAlien Key word was “ran” not jogged and “beach”. Try it sometime Douche, not as easy as you might think. But i doubt you leave your video games long enough to get any exercise or feel a tit (besides your mothers) for that matter. If your into contact sports jack3d is the stuff for you, I noticed after I stopped taking it before a game I was less aggressive and not as focused the only downside is after you take it you get a burning itchy sensation but it’s not so bad you don’t notice it after a little bit

@Irondiesel I dont know if its jack3d thats giving me the rash, its only after i work out and everytime i work out i use jack3d, Ive stoped using it and the rash is goin away. Im not the first person to get this from this product. Maybe i take to much i take 2 and a half scoops as less does not do much for me. The dirty bitch sitting on my face is your mum. “LOL No Really it’s Great”
@dimiyaj Must be ive not taken it in last few day and the spots/rash around my mouth n that has went away almost. Ive ordered Maximuscle Promax its about $62 Quite expensive as u only get 30 servings but is ment to be good. Mite try that one your talking about let is know how u get on with it bro.
@DjBryanStirling its probably the side effects. all my friends who have taken it experienced the same thing. i just bought assault today for $42. it worked well. i took half a scoop just to see if it was the real deal. but i fucked up and popped my wrist while curling today. so i’ll be off for a while.
i used both jacked and SP250…both great supps…as for no xplode leave that one for the 17 yr old kid who doesnt have a clue…but all in all jacked is by far the bees knees
I’ve been using Jac3d for about 9 months never had a breakout or crash. What the hell is wrong with you dirty faced dudes. Don’t blame the product blame the dirty bitch sitting on your face. LOL No really it’s great. I stuck to the 1 scoop and put it in a fruit punch or something that you like. I have the fruit punch so I put it in a 5 calorie punch that takes good. It also comes in lemon lime. Also the dude is well on his way. You look great. After you bulk up you’ll be a moster.
@dimiyaj Do you think the acne is from the jack3d let me know if you still get the breakouts after giving it up completly. I bought 3tubs of this shit aswell gutted lol. I get a good work out from it its just the other side effects thats let it down. What is assault your talking about any good?
@DjBryanStirling i knew i wasn’t the only one with the side effects. I would feel moody sometimes as well. i actually ran out today. it was my second jug of jack3d. i still have occasional breakouts of acne on my chest and upper lip and nose area. im gonna stop using this product because the effects wore off on me even after taking 3 scoops! so i’m going to use assault from muscle pharm.
