creatine is not a big deal. shit its fucking harmless. all it does is give you higher levels of atp energy and a lil bit of water weight. People treat it like its a steroid or sumthin, shit get your facts straight pussys.

what i recognized watching your video is your skin and the pimples. nothing angainst it, you have a good body, but i had the same problems when taking creatine and proteins.. it may be a sign of overchallenged kidneys caused by it. be careful using creatine and proteins, all of you! It may ruin your kidney and it may cause kidney stones.some people do not have any problems using it.but if you take it and your kidneys start to hurt, do not take it anymore and drink enough water..my experience!

it occurs naturally in your body like they said but if you have second thoughts about it then forget it!! simple as that. but as the ysaid its in red meat, and occurs naturally in your body so your already getting it, so really dont worry about age if you ask me
your 18 its doable not needed but do able like tims is just 2 young with 15 years there is no use I started myself using protein and creatine at 18 to I noticed a real good difrence in progress cause your muscle heals faster and combined with your anabolic state of that age and some good discipline training wil make you grow like crazy

you should not use any sups til you are like 21 your testo lvl is so high on your age you have a huge grow anyway just eat like a pig and make sure you get the good foods and train your ass off you wil grow fast anyway
