theres this new muscle enhancing product that came out from Muscletech, called Aplodan. I wuz just wondering if it works, and if so how, becuz its not protein nor creatine(the 2 most popular mucle building products now). Aplodan is suppose to activate dormant muscle fiber…what is this, and is it safe. This product cost a hefty amount, and i dont wanna spend so much on sumthing that doesnt work.
